Contact Healthcare Practise UK

The quickest way to contact Healthcare Practise UK is by email: support@healthcarepractise.com. The same address handles course questions, portal accounts, certificates, refund requests and corrections to our pages.

Many questions are already answered in our frequently asked questions, and how it works walks through buying, taking a course and downloading your certificate.

What to include so we can help first time

Your questionPlease include
Logging in or portal accessThe email address on your portal account and what you see on screen
A course or its assessmentThe course name and the module or question you are asking about
Your certificateThe course name, your order number and the name that should appear
A refund requestYour order number and a short reason; see our refunds page
Choosing coursesYour regulator and profession, and whether this is routine CPD or linked to a concern
A possible error on our siteThe page address, the sentence and, if you can, the regulator source

Please do not send patient details, case papers or correspondence from your regulator. We do not need them to help with a course, and keeping them out of email protects you and the people involved.

What our support team cannot do

We are an independent course provider, not a regulator, law firm or defence organisation. We cannot:

  • give legal advice or tell you how to respond to a regulator;
  • predict or influence the outcome of any complaint, investigation or hearing;
  • write or edit your reflective statement; the words need to be yours;
  • contact your regulator, employer or responsible officer on your behalf.

If you are facing a fitness to practise concern, speak to your defence organisation or indemnity provider, your union or professional body, or a solicitor. If the situation is affecting your health, confidential support is available to doctors, dentists and other practitioners through NHS Practitioner Health, and you can also speak to your GP.

Other ways we can help

  • Course choice: the course finder tool and the remediation pathway suggest courses by regulator and concern, with a reason for each.
  • Corrections: reports of factual errors are checked against the regulator source and logged under our editorial policy.
  • Free tools: the CPD tracker, reflective statement builder and other tools keep what you type in your own browser, not on our servers. That protects your privacy, but it also means we cannot see or recover entries if you clear your browser data or change device, so export to PDF or print anything you want to keep.
  • Canada: if you are registered in Canada, our sister site is ca.healthcarepractise.com.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact Healthcare Practise UK?

Email support@healthcarepractise.com. The same address handles courses, portal accounts, certificates, refund requests and corrections.

I cannot log in to the course portal. What should I send?

The email address on your portal account and a short description of what happens when you try to sign in. Please do not send your password.

Can you advise me on my fitness to practise case?

No. We do not give legal advice. Speak to your defence organisation, indemnity provider, union or a solicitor. We can help you choose courses and use our free tools.

How do I request a refund?

Email support with your order number and a short reason, and we will review your request. Our refunds page explains the process.

Should I send you my regulator's letter?

No. We do not need case papers or patient details to help with a course, so please keep them out of your email.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us your regulator and the concern. The pathway shows the courses that fit, helps you write your reflection and puts your evidence in order. It is free and nothing leaves your browser.
